1, Three sections boom, the first and third boom are telescopic. Fully hydraulic control. Turning, tilting, stretching and solding, all movements could be done by shotcrete robot.
2, Shotcrete nozzle could rotate 360º, which minimizes the blind spot, depresses rebound rate and improves shotcreting quality.
3, Auto-parallel system makes it possible to keep the third boom parallel with working surface during operating main boom. It guarrantees a better control to the shotcrete angle and distance, and bring about better shotcreting result..
4, POTENTIAL made rigid chassis with floating front axle, internal combustion hydro-static transmission, 4-wheel drive, with functions of 4-wheel steering and crabbing. Lower Height and steeing radius, suitable for space limited and complex worksite.
5, All shotcreting movements could be done through wireless remote control. Maxmum protect the operaor, meanwhile offer a better operating.
6, Advanced and reliable electro-hydraulic proportional technology and PLC control, additive dosage could auto setting along with the concrete volume according to the initial set ratio. Meanwhile, a wide range of puping output 0-25 m³/h could be seaily achieved, which meets different requirements of pumping capacity.
7, Computerized man-machine communication module, could set working parameters and background system will monitor, record, memorize and display the data of working states in real time. Once it failed to ran normal, there will be an alarm and failure information display.
